About Us

Bliss Yoga offers you an effective method of developing a fit body and a sound mind.  We offer training in various types of yoga as per the requirements and importantly Meditation, Power Breathing and Yog Nindra. Our applications of yogic ideals in daily life include the simple philosophies behind the techniques of yoga that contribute to a better living.  


"Yoga should be utilized as a self-care method to prevent and treat prevailing mental and physical health conditions. Yoga can potentially treat Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Fertility, PCOS, Obesity, and many other health issues attributed to the modern lifestyle.
